I think they accidentally sent a magician to my house. The curb rash on the rims of our Volvo was pretty deep, and they had them looking like new in under an hour. The customer service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and they were honest about what to expect. I initially called another shop that tried to convince me the only option was an expensive machine-cut repair. Wheelkraft NW looked at the photos and offered a cosmetic repair and polish. They were upfront that it wouldn't be absolutely perfect and didn't overpromise, but honestly, I was blown away by the result! Unless you're a few inches away and know exactly what you're looking for, you'd never notice the repair. Highly recommend.

Came in for the repair of a large curb rash and an older, smaller scratch which I painted over. Quoted 3 wheel repair specialists, and Wheelkraft NW offered the most complete service at a reasonable price -- rim removal, repairing, balancing and reinstalling, with warranty included. They also offered mobile service, but I chose to have my rim repaired in the shop for the full service. The rim looks brand new after the repair. Can't recommend enough.

If you're looking for a shop that truly understands high-end wheels, Wheelkraft NW is the place to go. They turned a set of BBS LM barrels, and the results exceeded my expectations. The machining was incredibly precise, the finish was flawless, and the attention to detail was obvious from the moment I saw them. Anyone who owns BBS LMs knows these wheels deserve to be handled by people who know exactly what they're doing, and the team at Wheelkraft NW absolutely delivered. Communication was excellent throughout the process, the turnaround was quick, and they treated my wheels with the care and professionalism you'd expect from true craftsmen. I couldn't be happier with the final product. My wheels look phenomenal, and I wouldn't hesitate to trust Wheelkraft NW with another set. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality wheel machining, refinishing, or custom work.

Wheel Kraft did an amazing job on our Smart car wheels. Couldn't diamond cut because of the angles, but powder coat looks amazing...like brand new. Also, amazing service...all 4 wheels done in 24 hours.

Awesome service and great staff. Had me fixed up in under an hour after making an appointment and I couldn’t be happier with the results. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for anymore wheel repair work. Photos are before and after and it looks like a brand new wheel. These guys are SUPERB. Thanks again!
